Even with the enactment of the Competition Act 2010 (CA 2010) there is still a colossal amount of businesses that are not conforming with its provisions. Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) attributes this to the fact that many businesses are not aware of the CA 2010’s existence or could be confused as to how it applies to their practices.

This “1st MyCC Competition Law Conference – New Standards for Business in Malaysia” will serve as a forum to create awareness of the existence of the CA 2010, its purpose and the consequences of non-compliance.

At this forum, delegates will benefit from listening to experts on Competition Law from across the Globe, Jurisdictions and Industries, share knowledge and exchange insights with them. This 2-day conference aims to assist the public to comprehend the CA 2010 and an in-depth portal to interpreting the legislation.
