Bar Council Malaysia Partnership

Monash Law School is pleased to offer an exclusive bursary to Members of the
Malaysian Bar who enrol for the Monash Law Masters as international students
for the 2018 intake.

The bursary is in the form of a 20% discount on the tuition fee.
This exclusive collaboration between Bar Council Malaysia and Monash Law
School is created to provide Members of the Malaysian Bar with meaningful
opportunities for professional growth and development.

Bursaries and Fees

The tuition fee for international students for the Monash Law Masters is
AUD40,000. 

For Members of the Malaysian Bar — as part of the exclusive collaboration —
the Faculty of Law at Monash will contribute to 20% of your total fees, so the
total tuition cost will be AUD32,000

Commencement

Our course advisers will assist you to structure an individual Masters
Program that suits your needs, help you access the bursary, and address
any queries you may have.

International students are required to complete the “LAW5081 Australian legal
process and research” unit as a prerequisite in preparation for any
subsequent unit enrolments. This is offered in February and July each year.

Please note that from 2018, there will be a suite of units specifically for
Members of the Malaysian Bar, to be offered in Malaysia, and online.
